Seeing Through the Heart of Jesus is a six‑week Lenten podcast series from the Archdiocese of Indianapolis, inviting listeners to deepen their relationship with Christ by viewing life through the lens of Catholic Social Teaching. In Episode Four, Seeing Stillness Through the Heart of Jesus, host Emily Mastronicola welcomes Sandi Patel, Director of the Office of Retreat and Renewal Ministry, and Tim Rathz, Assistant Director of Operations. Together, they explore the gift of stillness — something many of us long for but struggle to make space for.
