Thou Shall Not Kill (Catechism Series Part 35) - Auspice Maria Ep. 65

Auspice Maria with Bishop James Ruggieri

"Thou shall not kill" seems like a simple commandment on the surface. However, the Catechism of the Catholic Church takes it much deeper than simply avoiding murder. Bishop Ruggieri discusses the depth within the fifth commandment in this episode. He touches on issues such as murder, violence, war, abortion, the death penalty and euthanasia. Catholic morality shuns all forms of violence; especially those that revoke the inviolable dignity of every human life.
