St. Joan of Arc: Warrior Maiden
Awaken the Saint
Growing up during the Hundred Years’ War, Joan was a simple peasant who received visions from several saints telling her to take action and reunite France under the rightful king. Although young and uneducated she took up a sword, commanded an army, and proved to be impossibly wise in matters of war as she led her army into battle. Saint Joan of Arc 1412 - 1431.
