DIAKONIA -- The Spiritual Value of Work

Catholic Chicago

Deacons Dennis Robak and James Norman, who are both employed by the Archdiocese of Chicago, join co-hosts Deacons Richard Hudzik and Dave Brencic on the October 1, 2020 broadcast for a discussion on the spiritual value of work. The deacons explore the meaning, purpose and theology of work, how it ties into Catholic Social Teaching and how attitudes shape our views of the kind of work we’re doing. Tune into this conversation to learn how everyone’s seemingly “ordinary” work can really be participating in the creative work of God.
