There are four temperaments; sanguine, choleric, melancholic, and phlegmatic. We often have 2 that are more prominant than the other two. This can lead to conflicts amongst siblings, amongst spouses, and amongst co-workers. It's not that they are doing it wrong or that you are doing it wrong. It's that you honestly just can't see the other side of it. This episode I interview Kyle Hein, a fellow life coach, on the temperaments. She has taken courses and has experience in this area.
