For nearly twenty years, she practiced and taught yoga and other New Age philosophies associated with it. After several life incidents brought her to her knees, including a brush with evil spirits, she slowly began to open up to the promptings of the Holy Spirit. In a “come to Jesus moment” when He made everything crystal clear, she completely eliminated everything related to yoga and the New Age from her life. Since then, the truths of yoga were slowly revealed to her which she artfully details in her book,Yoga Unveiled, My spiritual journey from darkness to light. She shares the many truths and dangers she was blind to for almost two decades. She currently serves on the boards of the Legacy of Life Foundation, the Bucks County Legatus Chapter, and the Penn State Libraries Development Board.
