Many people try to deal with their suffering by replacing that suffering with pleasure, but do not realize that in almost all cases -- too much pleasure turns into suffering. We also discuss the concept of Natural Law as defined by the Catholic Church, and why a return to natural virtue ethics (even if not Christian ethics) would be a huge improvement for modern culture.
