Faith Beyond the Timeline with Krista Frankovic
Catholics in Ordinary Time
Fr. Jack interviews Krista Frankovic, Campus Ministry Director and chemistry teacher at Gonzaga Preparatory School, about teaching, campus ministry, Jesuit formation, vocation, and belonging in the Church. Krista shares about her work, her deeper involvement in parish life during the summer, and her experience of continuing to discern her vocation as a single Catholic woman at 40. She also reflects on feeling like she has aged out of young adult spaces, her love for the Jesuit tradition, and the Church questions she continues to wrestle with, including women not being ordained priests and the treatment of LGBTQ+ people by some Catholics. This conversation explores ordinary Catholic life through the lens of service, discernment, honesty, and a calling that does not always fit the expected timeline.
