Ep. 383 Father Thomas Petri on Challenging Today's Culture & Mike Romano on Laughter, Love & Loss
Conversations with Consequences
Father Thomas Petri joins us to discuss his vocation to the Dominican Order and why the charism of the Order of Preachers is to engage the culture, bringing the light of Christ into the public square—especially surrounding critical issues like the severe abortion legislation recently passed in Massachusetts. We also visit with Mike Romano, the voice behind EWTN's beloved children's program, Tomkin. He shares his journey from stand-up comedy to voice-over production, and reflects on what he is learning as a widowed father raising his three children following his wife's tragic passing from cancer. Plus, TCA Chaplain Msgr. Roger Landry shares fascinating insights into the life of Pope St. Pius X ahead of his feast day this week. Tune in every Saturday at 7 AM ET & 5 PM ET on EWTN Radio!
