How Did You Leave Mass on Easter MONDAY? - Daily Gospel Reflection
Daily Gospel Reflection on Veritas Catholic Network
Today is the Monday of the Octave of Easter. We join Mary Magdalene in Mt 28 as she leaves the garden. She and her companions are rejoicing and paying him homage, but as they do, Jesus immediately sends them on a mission “go and tell my brothers”. Is this how we leave Mass? Do we go and tell all who will hear that Christ has Risen? All who know Christ are called to bear Him witness. Today we are sent out to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ to everyone we meet! Praised Be Jesus Christ!
