143: Shoveling Incense into the Cathedral’s Botafumeiro (Camino 7) [Podcast]

Dr Taylor Marshall Podcast

We were privileged to see the “smoke boat” or Botafumeiro in action today after Mass. The botafumeiro is the world’s largest incense thurible. It hangs from the ceiling of the Cathedral of Saint James and takes about 5 grown men to swing it through the cathedral. It’s quite the sight. In this podcast I explain the epic botafumeiro. As promised, in the the podcast I include my video footage of the botafumeiro in action. Godspeed, Dr Taylor Marshall Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
