Check out the video of Mike mixing this week's cocktail at backrow.fm/dwts/028 The Magic Cotton Candy Daiquiri Cocktail 1 big fluff of cotton candy 2 oz. light rum Juice of 1 lime (2 tbsp) Champagne 1 wheel of lime for garnish Start with a big fluff of cotton candy in a cocktail glass. Add light rum and lime juice into a shaker filled with ice and shake forty times, then pour into the cocktail glass over the cotton candy. Top off with champagne. Garnish with one wheel of lime.
