Ep 6: David - A Man After God’s Own Heart

Further Up

Among all the figures in the Old Testament, David stands apart. He is anointed with the Spirit, obedient from his youth, and praises God with his whole heart. Yet, his story is not one of perfection—it is one of repentance. In this episode, I explore why David is the central figure of the Old Testament, how his life foreshadows Christ, and what we can learn from both his faithfulness and his failings. From his triumphs to his fall with Bathsheba, David’s response to sin teaches us what it truly means to be a man after God’s own heart.
