Godsplaining

Fr. Elias Carr joins Fr. Bonaventure to discuss his book, "I Came to Cast Fire: An Introduction to René Girard," his accessible introduction to René Girard’s mimetic theory, discussing our desire to want what others want. Covering desire, violence, the origins of culture, and Christ’s revelation, he connects Girard’s insights to today’s polarization, and conflict, offering practical ways to live in the light of the Gospel.
