Ep. 21 - Laziness: It Hurts! (Talk by Max)
Logos Podcast
On this episode, we bring something a little different. Instead of having a dialectical mannered conversation into a topic, we bring to you a lecture that Max gave to a group of people at the church where he is currently stationed. The talk is on Acedia, Sloth. Abbot Jean-Charles Nault calls it "the untamed evil of our time" and Pope Francis compares it to a drug addiction. But what is it? Tune into this episode to find out. FYI: Although the information is well researched both in anticipation for this talk and for independent research that took place a year ago, the speaking in public portion is new to us; nevertheless, enjoy and God bless!
