SPECIAL - Fr Bernard Murphy CFR - A Feast of Fasting
Radio Maria UK
What should we give up in the Church penitential seasons and why? Fr Bernard directs our Lenten focus towards love of God and how to live this joyful season truly putting God in the first place. Let us give up something this Advent too, to help us make space in our hearts and lives for the coming of Christ. Fr Bernard Murphy is a Franciscan Friar of the Renewal currently based at St Fidelis Friary in Canning Town, London. Radio Maria England is member of the worldwide network of Radio Maria stations and broadcasts 24/7 on digital radio (DAB+) in selected regions, the Radio Maria Play app (Europe/England), the website live-player and via a smart speaker.
