In this episode I will discuss the reason why my family is 95% artificial food dye free. While this topic is not about a faith journey, it is a journey that I think is beneficial for all families. Artificial (aka synthetic) food dyes don't have many benefits other than making foods brighter in color but they can affect many people in many negative ways. In today's episode I also give tips and tricks on how to navigate life while having a child with an artificial food dye allergen.
