Canon Law Meets AI: What Church Law Says About Technology - Adam Storey | The Catholic Morning Show – 07/16/2026
The Catholic Morning Show
Canon lawyer Adam Storey returns to The Catholic Morning Show for his monthly conversation with host Bo Bonner, this time exploring how the Church's Code of Canon Law speaks to modern technology and artificial intelligence. Storey unpacks Canon 212 and the Church's teaching on the instruments of social communication, outlining three guiding principles for engaging any technology well: competence, the common good, and respect for human dignity. The conversation also touches on how Catholics are called to communicate charitably, both online and within the Church.
