The Catholic Morning Show
On today’s Catholic Morning Show, listeners are invited into two powerful stories of faith in action—one global and one right here in Iowa. Ellen Miller shares how Mary’s Meals is feeding millions of children around the world and how Iowans can take part through the upcoming “Race to Feed Kids” this Mother’s Day weekend, turning a simple 5K into life-changing support for students in need. Then, Dan Russo brings a remarkable local story of quiet generosity, highlighting the life of a humble Fairfield jeweler whose hidden wealth became an extraordinary gift to his parish, seminarian education, and numerous charities after his passing. Together, these conversations reveal how ordinary people, through simple acts of love and faithful stewardship, can make a lasting impact both across the globe and within their own communities.
