Tessa Mills is a self-made fertility awareness educator who became passionate about women's health because of her own experience suffering from a thyroid disorder that was ignored. It wasn't until she learned fertility tracking that she was able to advocate for her own health concerns. Tessa Mills will tell us her story about how fertility awareness has changed her life and how she believes that women deserve informed consent when it comes being given their options and deciding what is best for their body. Tessa has started a grassroots movement which is inspiring women to be their own health advocates empowering them to speak up for themselves.
