Hope in the Midst of War: Bishop Vitalii on Serving Ukraine
The Jason Jones Show
In this powerful conversation, Jason sits down with Bishop Vitalii Kryvytskyi, the Diocesan Bishop of Kyiv–Zhytomyr, to discuss faith, leadership, and the realities facing Ukraine today. This conversation offers a firsthand perspective on spiritual leadership, resilience, and hope in one of the most challenging periods of Ukraine’s history. Born into a Polish-Ukrainian family in southern Ukraine, Bishop Vitalii joined the Salesians of Don Bosco in 1989 and was ordained a priest in 1997 after studying in Grodno, Kraków, and Lublin. After years of serving as a parish priest and youth leader across Ukraine, he was appointed Bishop of Kyiv–Zhytomyr by Pope Francis in 2017. 🌍 Learn More & Support Jason Jones / VPP: • Vulnerable People Project (VPP): https://www.vulnerablepeopleproject.com • Jason’s Substack: https://thejasonjonesshow.substack.com • Instagram: @thevulnerablepeopleproject • X (Twitter): @Vulnerable_VPP
