In the spirit of keeping things TRUE I wanted to talk about this viral video “Apostle” Kathryn Krick shared of people shaking, falling, or convulsing during church services and book signings. In this episode of the Lighten Up Podcast, we’re looking into the claims surrounding Kathryn Krick, the charismatic movement, and the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) through the lens of Scripture, church history, and original Christianity. Growing up with Pentecostal roots, I understand the appeal of emotional worship, speaking in tongues, and powerful spiritual experiences. But after studying the Catholic Church, the early Church, and the importance of apostolic succession, my perspective has changed dramatically. Together, we'll examine what really happened at Pentecost, what the Bible teaches about the Holy Spirit, and whether modern charismatic manifestations align with the teachings of the apostles and 2,000 years of Christian tradition. We'll also discuss biblical discernment, the fruits of the Holy Spirit, and why testing every spiritual experience matters. Join me on this inquisitive journey and let us know what you think of this video in the comments 😁p.s. Watcha think of the new look 🤩🪩 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- If you’re interested in learning more about original Christianity JOIN MY BOOK CLUB and online community on PATREON!
