Ep 25 - Indulgences and Purgatory...Oh my!

Manly Catholic: Igniting Men to Light the World on Fire

Two of the most controversial topics in one episode....yes please! So many questions to answer, so little time. If you ever had a question about indulgences or purgatory, this is the episode for you. As Father Dom and I wrap up our 3-part series on confession, listen to find out what an indulgence is, why they are given, what purgatory is, and what the Bible has to say about it.  James' challenge: Meet the requirements to gain an indulgence, then pursue one of St. Joseph's! Links below for both. We are all sinners and are stained with sin, so we might as well try to remove even a small bit of that stain either for ourselves or others. Take advantage of this beautiful gift the Church offers us. Thank you to our partners at Hallow!
