We start our conversation on comedy, specifically, how God uses it to build virtue. Then, we move to the personal development of comedian (and soon to be Catholic!) Shayne Smith and how Matt relates to it as a musician. This leads to talk of how theologians develop their positions over time, with Cardinal Dulles as the primary example. Finally, we apply the conversation about developing as a theologian to the controversial works produced by Cardinal Fernandez, the prefect of the DDF. Cardinal Fernandez has publicly spoken against and rescinded his former works, so these are not questions of disobedience, but rather, ones seeking clarity. JAM PACKED!
