A Lenten Challenge

The Voice of the Shepherd

Join Archbishop Alexander Sample as he discusses the reason for the season of Lent where we emphasize our renewal of repentance, prayer, and love. Discover what you can learn from Jesus during his 40 day journey in the desert and learn how we can battle the tempations from the devil in our own lives. The Archbishop offers a "Lenten challenge" to his listeners as he urges the faithful to grow deeper in the disciplines of prayer, fasting, and works of mercy. * Subscribe to the Voice of the Shepherd on your favorite podcast platform. * Learn more about the Archdiocese of Portland. * Find this show on the free Hail Mary Media App, along with a radio live-stream, prayers, news, and more. * Look through past episodes or support this podcast. * The Voice of the Shepherd is produced by Mater Dei Radio in collaboration with the Archdiocese of Portland.
