Does The Priest Become Jesus?

Unapologetically Catholic

This week I got the opportunity to sit down with Fr. Gaurav Shroff and discuss what it means for the priest to act "In persona Christi capitis" or in the person of Christ the head. We talk about why there it is important to make the distinction about the priest operating in the person of Christ the HEAD and how even deacons and the laity are called to act in the person of Christ as well. About Podcast

I am unapologetically Catholic and I hope you'll be able to see why! Growing up as a Protestant I was told a lot of things that the Catholic Church taught, only to later find out it either wasn't true or there was a misunderstanding of the teaching. I want to help shed light on what the Catholic Church actually teaches and believes. If you're curious about what Catholics believe, you're in the right place.
