Advent is a "little Lent".

Unapologetically Catholic

Have you ever heard Advent referred to as "little Lent"? If you notice at Mass the priest wears the same purple vestments that he does at Lent and there's a reason for it. About Podcast

I am unapologetically Catholic and I hope you'll be able to see why! Growing up as a Protestant I was told a lot of things that the Catholic Church taught, only to later find out it either wasn't true or there was a misunderstanding of the teaching. I want to help shed light on what the Catholic Church actually teaches and believes. If you're curious about what Catholics believe, you're in the right place.
