August 21, 2022 Readings - Accepting God's Discipline
Unpacking The Mass
This week on Unpacking the Mass we examine the readings for the 21st Sunday in Ordinary Time. In order to accomplish his mission, God needs followers who are tough and willing to do the work of Kingdom. That means he has to build us up. Sometimes that involves discipline. This week, we explore ideas like: - God's vision for the world is bigger than we can think. - How to make sure your trials make you stronger. - The difference between "discipline" and "punishment." The readings can be found here: https://bible.usccb.org/bible/readings/082122.cfm To support the channel and Keith's ministry: https://www.patreon.com/keithnester For more info about Keith visit: http://down2earthministry.org/
