057: Wilson Andersen - Mississippi State Baseball - "Being a Witness"
Virtuous Athlete
Wilson Andersen is an incoming pitcher for Mississippi State University, after being a two-time State Champion for Jesuit High School in Tampa, FL. Wilson comes from a very faith-centered home, with parents very focused on keeping Christ at the center of all they do. During our conversation, Wilson shares about the impact of the many people around him who have witnessed to how to be focused on your faith, so he could ultimately witness to others. We discussed all of his own success on the field and the impact of his brother's role in the Florida Gators' National Championship in 2025. At the time of recording, Wilson was being projected as a potential high school draftee, so we discussed the role that his faith would play in deciding to go to school or turn pro. Ultimately, he was not drafted and will be heading to Starkville this Fall.
