023: Erin Hazelbaker - Former All-American Volleyball Player - "It's time to be bold!"

Virtuous Athlete

Erin (Treadway) Hazelbaker was an Ohio Volleyball Player of the Year at Chaminade Julienne High School and an All-American at the University of Dayton. After her volleyball career ended, she became a Physical Therapist and is now the CEO of Victress Health and Wellness, which is a Catholic Health Services organization she owns with her sister in Ohio. During our conversation, Erin shares how God had his hand on each step in her journey, and gave her guideposts throughout that have helped her become the woman, mom, wife, and business owner she is today. I have known Erin since my grade school days, so it was a lot of fun to relive some memories, share some laughs, and explore how she handled adversity when it was placed in front of her.
