How Mental Prayer Brought Me Back to the Church
Voices of Conversion
Episode 35 | This week I am joined by Kevin Roerty, the founder of SOCA Catholic, who shares his reversion story which was spurred on by an encounter with a priest who introduced him to mental prayer. What does an ongoing conversation with Jesus look like? What is meditation? Is this merely an anti-Christian eastern practice? Absolutely, not. In this episode we discuss how to start a prayer life from ground zero, and what to do when it all feels too overwhelming.Connect with Kevin and the apostolate of SOCA:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/socacatholic/Website: https://socacatholic.org/3-keysGet your first month of Presence completely FREE by using my code "CONVERSION" https://catholicwoman.co/presentFollow Voices of Conversion:Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/voicesofconversion/Website:https://www.voicesofconversion.comSpotify:https://open.spotify.com/show/2SLkYM7CF5TNlHj44Xn0iZ?si=02c91d91b265412cApple Podcasts:https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/voices-of-conversion/id1838596489Facebook:https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61580441941920&ref=pl_edit_xav_ig_profile_page_web_btTikTok:https://www.tiktok.com/@voicesofconversion?_t=ZT-90zyXql9dnh&_r=1&fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGnZwNlHh_YRrKvlIRvcybaKhwhS5A6asJ8jjOTRE3p2lzNLnjJnhnkcSMkz9o_aem_nxiBihQXLmYzHhCentCCDw
