Apologetics With Father Jenkins - Part 1
What Catholics Believe
Father Jenkins meets informally with a small group to discuss frequent questions that come up during debates and conversations with friends and family who attend the Novos Ordo. This discussion came about as a result of the following “Pints with Aquinas” episode featuring John Salza which many parishioners have found troubling: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gd0OhVy1JtM In Part 1, Father responds to the “Pints with Aquinas” episode and sets general context for the group. He also dives deep into Canon Law legalism, dogma & doctrine, Honorius I, the recognize & resist mindset, sedevacantism and much more. In Part 2, Father again responds to the “Pints with Aquinas” episode and answers more specific questions such as: What is supplied jurisdiction and when is it permissible? Are the Sacraments administered by SSPV valid and licit? Does the hierarchy have authority to reform the liturgy? Did the reformers have the authority to reform the Tridentine Mass to the 1962 mass? Why does SSPV have the right to reject the 1962 Mass? and more. Please visit TraditionalCatholics.org for more content.
